Time Away
When we are on vacation...
One of the challenges of running a small business is finding time to get away. As many small business owners can relate, time off also means an inability to service customers. In an IT environment, that can create problems. At SYF, we do our best to take smaller vacations that are combined with weekends and/or holidays to provide minimal service disruptions. However, when we are on vacation, we ask that you please honor our time away. We hope you understand that if we respond to service requests (even "I just have a quick question"), then we are no longer on vacation. Please leave a message or submit a Support Ticket and we will get back to you when we return to work.
