SYF offers remote assistance in order to solve your problem. In many cases where an onsite call is not needed, this can be a convenient alternative. Remote support must be arranged by submitting a support ticket, or by calling to set up an appointment.
Remote services must be paid in advance by credit card. Please have your credit card information available. Remote sessions cost $39 for the first 15 minutes, and $15 for each additional 15 minute block of time, until your problem is resolved.
